8 Vitamins/nutrients that need to be checked for ADD and ADHD

Why do we try to put everyone on the same ADD medication to treat problems that are so unique and different for each patient?

Do you feel like you or your child is getting the same old medication that “should” help but isn’t?

Are you seeing results that you are happy with?

Are you concerned about taking these stimulant medications for a long time?

When are you going to decide to take you or your child off of these medications?

These are the questions I want to help you with.   There is so much more that can be done to fine tune you or your child’s medication with vitamins and other nutrients.  The first thing we need to do is to do some testing.  Genetic testing may help narrow the list of ADD/ADHD medications that “should” work.  I have recently teamed up with a company that specializes in what is called Micro-nutrient testing.  Let me briefly explain.

When you go to the doctor and they test your blood they are testing for infections, inflammation, heart issues and some vitamins and minerals.  Micro-nutrient testing tests the critical nutrients that can keep your brain and the rest of your body working like it should work.  I am using this type of testing in my pharmacy practice to find out why you or your child is not responding to the medication as most individuals “should” respond.  This type of testing (Micro-nutrient) is not new.  Regel Pharmalab realizes that we have the capability to find answers to common issues that regular medication is not able to correct.

What if you or your child was able to correct the nutrient deficiency and not need the stimulant medication anymore?  Wouldn’t that be a huge benefit to you and your family to know that you or your child doesn’t need a medication to feel normal or to be their best in the classroom?
